The number of projects that will be featured at the inaugural StarProperty Stay-At-New-Home Digital Fair 2020 has swelled to 19.

These projects are presented by 17 property developers. The latest ones are M Oscar by Mah Sing Group Bhd, Residensi Bintang Bukit Jalil by LBS Bina Group Bhd, Sejadi Lakeside by Paramount Property Sdn Bhd and The Ooak YNH Property Bhd.

Potential buyers stand a chance to grab exciting promotions offered by the developers.

As each participating project has its own set of promotions, buyers will have a wide range of discounts and rebates to choose from.

Special promotions include the movement control order sales campaigns that each developer is giving.

For example, Ireka Corporation Bhd offers extra reward of RM50,000 for home purchases in either KaMi Mont Kiara in Kuala Lumpur or Asta Enterprise Park in Kajang.

For its Dwi Rimbun Kasia project, the developer is offering a “Duit Raya Promo Campaign” giving buyers a chance to gain up to RM3,888 during the festive season.

The promotion for the former campaign will end on June 27 while the latter will end on June 30.

Other developers include Matrix Concept Holdings Bhd, Platinum Victory Development Sdn Bhd, IJM Land Bhd, MRCB Land Sdn Bhd, Worldwide Holdings Bhd, JL99 Group (JL99) and Skyworld Development Sdn Bhd (Skyworld).

OSK Property Holdings Bhd, Sunway Group, Hughes Development Sdn Bhd, Sunsuria Bhd and Gamuda Land Sdn Bhd have joined in the fray, increasing the number of deals to benefit buyers.

More developers are expected to join the on-going digital fair.

Moreover, house buyers who buy a property at any StarProperty fair can win big prizes.

With this year’s Win Kaw-Kaw Buy-and-Win 2020 promotion, buyers who have successfully completed their purchases at any StarProperty.my fair stand to win prizes and holiday trips worth over RM100,000.

Successful home purchasers can win rewards such as holiday packages for two to Greece, Japan and Korea, as well as travel vouchers.

STEP 2: Purchase your dream home from any of the participating exhibitors.

STEP 3: Submit a copy of the Sales Order Form (S&P/SPA), proof of payment (receipt).
