Mr Kevin Seng

Mr Kevin Seng joined Star Media Group in September 1995 as an Analyst Programmer. He subsequently progressed to becoming the Head the IT Services & Pre-Media, overseeing the Group’s enterprise IT systems, newspaper technology, and pre-press operations.

Since 2021, Mr Kevin has been the Head of Technology, overseeing the information technology strategy and forward-thinking initiatives of the Group. Beyond the conventional IT systems, his department is also responsible for the development of the Group’s digital products. In 2023, he was also tasked with leading the Group’s Analytics Department.

In his present role , his focus includes delivering the technology vision and strategic growth plans for the Group. He is dedicated to enabling data-driven transformation and setting the direction for integrating essential IT systems and services to support and expand the Group’s business activities.
