The Programme
StarTrack is a dynamic 1.5-year programme aimed at high potential fresh graduates and young executives with the right attitude and an exceptional drive to succeed. The programme equips them with the necessary skills and values to accelerate their growth and abilities to make a mark on the media industry. We believe that grooming our future management team is a long-term investment and this programme can open up numerous exciting career pathways for the right candidate.

Criteria
StarTrack is set to fuel the Star Media Group with a pipeline of leaders, and we are committed to investing heavily in your development. Here is the entry criteria for the programme:
- Excellent academic record (min 3.2 CGPA/2nd Upper or Distinction)
- Less than 2 years working experience
- High involvement in extra curricular & leadership activities
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Hands-on person
- Passionate to make a difference
- Strong desire to learn & contribute
- Humble, respectful & hardworking
